What do I bring?

The only requirement is that your bring your dog (haha). We highly recommend that you bring their food to avoid the extra cost associated with providing facility kibble (Purina Pro Lamb & Oatmeal) and to avoid changing their diet up. Some dogs could experience an upset stomach during boarding, but if the diet remains the same, we can rule that out as the cause.

*It is very helpful for the food to be pre-portioned into small baggies to assure they are gettingthe same amount here that they are used to. Example: Your scoop or styrofoam cup at homecould potentially vary from our scoop and cups.

How much would it be if I don’t bring my own food?

Purina Pro Lamb & Oatmeal is a highquality food and is costly - we will charge $3 per meal. For cats, we use Meow Mix TenderCenters which is $1.50 a meal.

What is provided?

We provide everything your dog might need during their stay - Kurandabeds (chew-proof), stainless steel bowls for food and water, bedding, food if needed, and lotsof toys!

Can we bring their favorite toy/blankets?

Yes, we prefer that you don’t bring large beds (the main reason being that if they jump and spill their water or get them dirty from being outside, we do not have a large enough washer to send the bed back home in the shape it arrived.) We do accept security blankets, toys, special articles of clothing - whatever you feel your dogmight be comforted by. Those items are photographed upon arrival and put directly into theirkennel so they are not shared with others.

Do you have cameras so that I can see my dog?

Our facility is under CCTV monitoring 24/7 for safety and can be monitored on livestream by the owners only. If you have any concerns, we welcome you to check-in at any time.

Will you send me updates?

There will an option as an add-on for “Pupdates” during your pets stay. We will frequently take photos for fun and post them into our software that you will have access to but we cannot guarantee that every dogs picture will be there on a daily basis. As the business grows, it is hard to keep up with which dogs have pics and which have not - and editing and uploading takes time. If you chose to pay the extra for the “Pupdate” you will be guaranteed an update of your dog and pictures daily.

Will my dog be with other dogs?

Only within the same facility but separated with kennels. After your dog has been with us for multiple stays, we may incorporate some “pack play” with dogs that are near in size, temperament, breed if the dog owner desires. The first visit is primarily focused on spending quality time with your dog and gaining trust for our facility and our staff. We want them to be as comfortable as possible and not intimidated.

Can my dog be kenneled with their sibling?

Of course, we have options depending on size. Generally, no more than two large dogs would be comfortable but we also have some kennels that are side by side and open for contact.

Do you have an outdoor area?

We have a large fenced in play area, some grass and some is gravel with 6 foot fencing - it is divided into 6 small play areas with 4 foot fencing.

Is your organization a non-profit?

No, we are not. We are a licensed business with LLC.

Do you take rescues?

While we do not board dogs without a family/home, we are absolutelyopen to accepting dogs from any walks of life - whether they have been in your home for a dayor since birth. We will get to know your dog and their temperament and let you know if it is nota good fit or if any problems should arise.
